at desk. Click Dial Properties button:

B. If you have click manual dial at Configuration/porting
setting, the last step and most important step is that: Click GPRS icon at desk, then click ¡°connect¡±, and when one
interface appears, type in: atd*99#; enter. After first line appears, click
"ok", and then device will be connected to the network
